Compliance and Quality

AAI is an ISO 9001:2008 Certified Independent Distributor of semiconductor components, computer products, and consumer electronics.

We do not manufacture any of the products we distribute, and we stake no claim to individual component composition, but AAI performs services at our facility to source and supply products that our customers request. We work hard to ensure that what is delivered is what was ordered.

All AAI shipments are accompanied by a Certificate of Compliance, indicating compliance as to form, fit, and function according to the manufacturers' published physical and electrical specifications for the customer-specified part number.

RoHS compliance

AAI does not reaffirm the RoHS compliance for the components it sources, due to the prohibitive increase in costs we would have to pass through to customers. Customers’ design engineers typically perform this functional screening in any case, when approving the particular part number for use in the desired application.

As such, the Certificate of Compliance supplied with every shipment from AAI—an ISO 9001:2008 Certified Independent Distributor—should satisfy your need to adhere to RoHS compliance parameters.
