Compliance

AAI is an ISO 9001:2000 Certified Independent Distributor of semiconductor components, computer products, and consumer electronics. We do not manufacture any of the products we distribute, but perform services to source and supply products that our customers request. We stake no claim to manufacturers' individual component composition.

Customers request specific manufacturers' part numbers — within acceptable date code windows — and then AAI sources, quotes, processes, and ultimately ships the customer-approved manufacturers' product in a timely fashion.

All AAI shipments are accompanied by a Certificate of Compliance, indicating compliance as to form, fit, and function, adhering to manufacturers' published physical and electrical specifications for the customer-specified part number.

In regards to RoHS compliance, AAI would unduly increase costs by expending additional time and effort tracking down each individual part's chemical composition and reporting it back to customers — especially since the customers' design engineers should have already performed that functional screening when approving the manufacturer's component part number for use in the desired application.

As such, the Certificate of Compliance supplied with every shipment from AAI—an ISO9001:2000 Certified Independent Distributor—should satisfy your need to adhere to RoHS compliance parameters.

AAI is also ESD certified.
